All bookings for transfers and excursions are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A booking is only finalized once you receive a confirmation message from our team detailing the date, time, and agreed price.
Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your preference. Prices agreed upon during booking are fixed and will not change. Our transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For most standard transfers and local excursions, payment is made in cash directly to the driver or guide on the day of service. For certain premium or long-distance services (e.g., flights to Cairo or private yacht charters), a deposit may be required in advance.
You may cancel or modify standard airport and inter-city transfers free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Just send us a message on WhatsApp.
Boat trips, safaris, and road trips to Luxor can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
Excursions involving domestic flights (like the Cairo Day Trip by plane) require earlier cancellation. Flight tickets are generally non-refundable once booked, so the flight cost portion cannot be returned if cancelled less than 72 hours prior.
If you fail to show up at the agreed time without prior notice, you will be liable for the full cost of the service. We hold our drivers and guides to high punctuality standards, and we ask for the same courtesy in return.
